Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: $4.99 USD
  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $120 USD

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is:

Shipping Delays

EverByMe is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (when available).

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

EverByMe cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the best possible solution.
